Phuong Nguyen studied the UC Master of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and Foreign Language Teaching (FLT) through Hanoi University – it’s opened her life up to possibilities she never dreamed of — now, she’s moving to the United States on a Fulbright Teaching Scholarship.
