Donor Families Australia Conference

Donor Families Australia is incredibly proud to present its first ever conference — the first of its kind in the world — this year!  Breaking Boundaries: Building Relationships of Hope in Organ & Tissue Donation and Transplantation

This unique independent two-day conference is organised by Donor Families for Donor Families and those directly affected by it, Recipients.

Attendees get to speak their mind, tell delegates about their experiences and share what's important to them. It's also a celebration of our loved ones, our Donor Heroes, who have saved and improved the lives of many of our fellow Australians.

Additional Information

The theme for the conference is: Breaking Boundaries: Building Relationships of Hope in Organ & Tissue Donation and Transplantation.

Within this gathering of many different parties to the donor and recipient experience, along with experts from the field, we anticipate a ground-breaking, emotional — and ultimately uplifting — community encounter.

The conference is timed to coincide with , an amazing festival based around a longstanding floral extravaganza, so you can take advantage of the journey and make the most of the long weekend. This event is incredibly popular, so we encourage you to register for the conference as early as possible and get your travel and accommodation sorted too.
