Student Experience Awards 2025

We’re ecstatic to announce the return of the Student Experience Awards! Each year, our club executives, leaders, committee members, the UC Student Mentors, and the X-Crew Volunteers gather to celebrate the incredible work that they do. This October 3rd, join us from 6:00 pm at the Ann Harding Conference Centre for a night of commemoration and fun. UC Student Mentors and our wonderful X-Crew volunteers will also be honored for the effort, commitment and all they do for our UC Community. There will be a free drink on arrival after which there will be discounted drinks, a nice sit-down dinner and live entertainment. Get dressed up in your best cocktail attire and ready for the night to be captured by our photographer and photobooth.
Please note: tickets are for Club persons and UC Student Mentors only.
