UC Student Leadership Academy (SLA) Executive Leadership Program
This program has been designed as a leadership lab where students bring real leadership challenges they are currently experiencing and work through them together in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Unlike a traditional workshop, the sessions focus on practical leadership development through discussion, reflection, peer learning, and problem-solving. We believe this will be especially valuable for students leading clubs, managing teams, organising events, and navigating the responsibilities that come with student leadership.
Each session includes:
• Anonymous submission of real leadership challenges
• Peer prioritisation and discussion
• Collaborative reflection and practical action strategies
• Networking with other student leaders across UC
