Our learning spaces
3D Printing Lab
Situated in Workshop 7, the 3D Printing Lab features a range of small and large-scale printers supporting rapid prototyping, model making and experimental fabrication across design, architecture and creative projects.
Robotics Lab
Explore advanced automation in design and manufacturing using the Universal Robots UR10e robotic arm. This technology enables precise fabrication and complex constructions that extend beyond traditional manual techniques.
Laser Lab
Fitted with both large and small format laser cutters, the Laser Lab allows you to quickly transform sheet materials into detailed kit-form models, supporting efficient prototyping and architectural model production.
Computer Lab
Develop your technical skills in dedicated computer labs equipped with industry-standard software for 2D and 3D modelling, digital drafting and advanced design workflows.
CNC Routing
The Mulitcam CNC Router can process a large variety of materials to produce 2D 鈥減rofile cuts鈥 which form kit models as well as 3D route shapes such as landscape contour models with complex 3-dimensional curvature.
Composites Lab
Design and manufacture advance composite objects and structures in our Composites Lab. With facilities for processing "prepreg" carbon fibre and other fabrics, you can produce industry standard, high quality composite parts in house.
BIM Hub
Our BIM Hub is Australia鈥檚 first digital building transformation hub of its kind, where you can bring building designs to life using VR and AR technologies, alongside drones, 3D laser scanners and advanced digital construction tools.
