How to Register to Audit a Unit

Teaching Period Commencement Dates for 2026

  • Semester 1 – Monday 16 February
  • Winter Term – Tuesday 9  June
  • Semester 2 – Monday 10 August

Registration Steps:

  1. Identify unit(s) on the U3A Available Units page .
  • For more information about the units, you can search for the unit on the Digital Handbook .
  • Click on the Units button underneath the Course Search box and type the unit title or unit code into the Search field.
  1. Click on the Magnifying Glass Icon to search.
  2. Click on a unit title to see the unit description (syllabus) and other information to decide whether it's the unit for you.
  3. Go to the Registration Form , fill it out, and submit it.

When you have registered, you will be sent an email from the University of ÃØÃÜÖ±²¥. This email will be sent to the email address that you provided on the Registration Form.

The email will include your UC identity number and instructions on how to obtain a password to access UCLearn (Canvas).
