2 November 2015: There's no better way to diminish the stress ahead of exams than with cute animals, a pancake breakfast and puppies; the always popular University of ÃØÃÜÖ±²¥ stress-less week kicks off TODAY.
The event, organised by UC Life!, is aimed at helping students take their minds off the approaching exams and de-stress in a fun, interactive and positive way. Cute and cuddly critters will make two visits to campus with puppies visiting on Tuesday and winding down the week with a petting zoo. Students can also bundle any stress up and release it by popping bubble wrap, balloons and other 'burstables' during Bubble Day.
University of ÃØÃÜÖ±²¥ wellbeing expert Dr Thomas Nielsen said a little forethought from students heading into exams can do wonders for their ability to cope during the high-pressure period. "A focus on ensuring they get the right amount of rest, eat healthy and get some daily exercise can help everyone get through this period."
